In 2020, as the start of SXSW crept closer and closer, the chatter among the Austin community of entrepreneurs, musicians, artists, and event planners turned to the reality of a cancelation.
The 10 day long convention of thinkers, makers, and doers from around the world would actually signify the 'beginning of the pandemic' for many in the Austin community. The cancelation marked the start of a years long string of canceled events, social distancing, and the city turning into a shell of its typical vibrant self.
2021 SXSW held their conference virtually, which was an exciting look into the future of Web3, AR, VR and connection digitally. But if you have ever attended SXSW, the magic of in person connection cannot be beat. Or the feeling of your favorite musician popping up in the party you are at for a surprise set. Or being in the exact spot your fav brand drops some free merch.
We are thrilled to be in the heart of innovation and celebrating SXSW in person in 2022! And are excited to enjoy this year in person!
