Our software strategy includes keeping update to date with and utilizing the latest AI technology available. 1. Innovate

• Contribute to the technical stack end-to-end, making architectural decisions that balance ambitious future goals with immediate business needs.
• Help to develop an industry leading UX that blows our customers away.

• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into innovative tech solutions.

4. Be Hands-On

• Roll up your sleeves to build and maintain scalable systems, APIs, and user experiences.
• Champion testing strategies and codebase integrity, ensuring high-quality deliverables that delight our users.

• AI Tech: You're leaning into the latest AI tech and have experience with tools like Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code or others.

Compensation & Benefits

To help you evaluate this opportunity, we’ve outlined the compensation framework for this role below.

• Compensation Range: USD $140,000 – $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
